Okay..don't take this the wrong way...
but it I don't think you need the entire horde as the gargoyles, it just sounds like too many extras just for the sake of it.
and whilst I get where you're going with Shen, I don't think he's suited for frollo unless the religious part is changed. I disapprove of it due to the fact that whilst Shen believed he's in the Right at first, he did act as a terroist and openly called himself evil. Frollo didn't.
